Ordering Process
Simply complete our order request form and select your date. Orders are available for pickup or delivery on Saturdays and Sundays (corporate orders may be accommodated during the week). Once your request is submitted, please allow 48–72 hours for a response.
Delivery Information
We offer pickup, delivery, and meet-up options. A commute fee of $1 per mile applies to delivery and meet-up services. For pickup orders, the address will be provided on the morning of the scheduled pickup day.
Customization Options
At Leni Sweets LLC, we believe that every celebration is unique, and that's why we offer a wide range of customization options for our cakes and cupcakes. We do not specialize in fully covered fondant cakes. Whether you have a specific theme in mind or want to add a personal touch, we're dedicated to creating treats that reflect your style and taste.
Corporate Orders
We ask for at least 3 weeks notice so we can make sure your desserts are perfectly prepared and ready for your event. We offer delivery straight to your office or venue. Delivery fees depend on location, and we’ll provide all the details when you book.
Allergies and Cottage Food
Our products may contain, or come into contact with, milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions. Leni Sweets LLC does not operate a dedicated allergen-free kitchen, so there is a risk of cross-contamination. All cakes and desserts are homemade in a cottage food operation that is not subject to Florida’s food safety regulations.
Payment and Booking
To make your sweet dreams a reality, we ask for a 50% non-refundable retainer for custom orders or any order $85 and up, due within 48 hours of your invoice. Orders under $85 should be paid in full within the same timeframe. We can’t officially hold your spot on the Leni Sweets calendar until the retainer is received—this ensures everyone has a fair chance to book their special date.
If we don’t receive your retainer within 48 hours, your order may be cancelled and your date could become available to others.
